Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from one of our warehouses closest to your destination location. 

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and 3-7 business days for delivery upon departure of the warehouse. International orders may have longer delivery times.  

All orders are updated with tracking information and is emailed to you after it has been shipped. If you have not received a tracking number after 3 business days, please reach out to us at support@initialanklet.com. 

Note: If you provide an incorrect shipping address, please email us as soon as possible so we can change it prior to shipping your order out. We are not liable for orders that are unable to be delivered or shipped to the incorrect address once we have already dispatched your order.
